Anna Moore
Vice President of Children's Services
Anna Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and has worked in the field of early childhood for the past 28 years. Currently Anna serves as the Vice President of Children Services. Anna oversees operations for all children services including the Early Intervention Program, which serves 450 children in 14 counties. In addition, Anna is over the center based programs; the Emory Valley Early Learning Center, and the Little Learning Lab. Past professional work experiences include Education and Disability Coordinator for Head Start programs, consultation with childcare centers for behavior challenges in children birth to 5, and the start up of Emory Valley Center’s partnership with Vanderbilt University’s TRIAD center (Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders), which aims to identify children under the age of three who have characteristics of autism, and can be diagnosed through telehealth options with the early intervention team and Vanderbilt partnership. Anna was involved in the first Tennessee state funded Pre-K and Head Start collaboration, and participated in the planning and start up of the new EVC and ORNL partnership program, the Little Learning Lab. Her specialty areas include social and emotional development; infant and toddler mental health; autism, and quality practices with children birth to five.
Brittany Webb
Little Learning Lab Director
Brittany joined Emory Valley Center in 2022. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in child development from East Tennessee State University and has over 15 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Before joining the Emory Valley Center, she was assistant director at a childcare center in Knoxville. As the Early Learning Center Director, Brittany is responsible for ensuring the Early Learning Center provides an inclusive and high-quality learning environment characterized by family centered services, training and supervising the Early Learning Center staff, and supporting the staff in the implementation and maintenance of the Department of Human Services licensing regulations and the center for the Social and Emotional Foundations of Early Learning Practices.
Lorelie Loper
Lorelei Loper joined Emory Valley Center as an Administrative Assistant in March 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in office management. Before joining Emory Valley Center, Lorelei spent nine years in office management for an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service within a leading technology company, which has been providing services for over 30 years. Her experience in this dynamic environment has provided her with a deep understanding of organizational efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to supporting both staff and operations effectively.
Outside of her professional life, Lorelei is deeply rooted in her community in Clinton, TN, where she enjoys spending quality time with her family. As a mother of two adult daughters, she cherishes family moments and is a passionate animal lover. In her leisure time, Lorelei is an avid crafter, finding joy and creativity in various artistic projects.
Tiffani Dixon
Inclusion Specialist
Tiffani Dixon serves as a Developmental Therapist within the Early Intervention program, and as the Inclusion Specialist for both the Little Learning Lab and the Early Learning Center. She has been a member of the Emory Valley Center team since 2016. With a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Early Childhood Education, Tiffani brings over 20 years of experience in the early childhood sector. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, including Teacher, Childcare Director, Parent Educator, Demonstration Teacher, and Early Interventionist. She specializes in child development, special education, inclusion, mental health, trauma-informed care, and inclusion. Tiffani is also an endorsed Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health professional (IECMH-E(r)) through the Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee (AIMHiTN), further supporting her dedication to the well-being and healthy development of young children.
